CollectivePlaza offers luxury yacht charter services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Business retreats
  • Exclusive gatherings
  • Extended yacht charters

Services are contingent upon availability and climatic conditions. We retain the right to alter or halt services at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Procedure

When booking a yacht, you must:

  • At least 18 years old or above
  • Supply valid and comprehensive details
  • Submit the necessary deposit stated in your booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking is secured only after we receive the payment and send you written confirmation. We may deny service to anyone according to our judgment.

3.3 Charter Availability

Charter reservations are dependent on the availability of vessels and favorable weather. We aim to fulfill your requested dates and timings to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in € and are inclusive of taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices may be subject to changes without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total charter cost payable upon booking
  • Final payment: Due 48 hours prior to charter commencement
  • Incidental fees (if applicable): Payable after charter completion

4.3 Methods of Payment

Accepted methods of payment include major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payment processing is conducted through secure and encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Guest Cancellations

  • Over 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursement minus processing fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Within 24 hours of departure: No return of funds

5.2 Cancellations due to Weather

If deemed unsafe by our captain due to weather, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule your charter for a later date at no additional cost
  • Issue a full refund if no rescheduling options are available

5.3 Mechanical Failures

In case of mechanical issues with the allotted vessel, we will strive to offer an appropriate replacement. Should a replacement be unavailable, a full reimbursement will be issued.

6. Safety and Behavior

6.1 Safety Protocols

All guests must:

  • Heed instructions from the crew
  • Utilize safety gear as needed
  • Disclose any health issues that may impact their safety
  • Stay within approved areas onboard

6.2 Restricted Items

Items not permitted onboard include:

  • Glass bottles
  • Illegal items
  • Weapons
  • Excess non-alcoholic beverages
  • Pets (unless previously approved)

6.3 Conduct on Board

Guests are expected to act respectfully. A charter may be ended prematurely without a refund if the conduct of any passenger threatens safety or interrupts others' enjoyment.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Liability Limitations

Our accountability is confined to the cost paid for your charter. We are not liable for:

  • Injury due to your carelessness
  • Theft or destruction of personal belongings
  • Indirect damages or punitive consequences
  • Delays from weather or situations outside our control

7.2 Insurance

We provide full maritime insurance for our vessels and operations. It is your responsibility to obtain personal travel and belongings insurance.

7.3 Risk Acknowledgment

By engaging in our services, you recognize there are intrinsic dangers associated with nautical activities and you take on accountability for your own safety.

8. Adjustments to Itineraries

We have the authority to modify trip itineraries, paths, or timetables based on weather, safety, or operational requirements. We will endeavor to ensure alternative experiences of a similar quality.

9. Events Beyond Our Control

We cannot be held responsible for hindrances, cancellations, or adjustments due to causes outside our control such as but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Governing legislations
  • Port shutdowns
  • Mechanical breakdowns

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private data is managed as per our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you consent to the gathering and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on our site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is under copyright and trademark protection. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without our express written consent.

12. Jurisdiction

The application of these Terms is subject to the laws of Germany. Disputes, if any, will be handled in the courts situated in Hamburg, Germany.
