What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and complimentary refreshments. Depending on the charter type, sunset trips might include upscale snacks and premium drinks, while business charters may offer meeting amenities and specialized catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
To ensure availability, it is best to book 2–3 weeks prior, particularly during high season (May–September). For business gatherings and personal celebrations, a 4–6 weeks notice is advisable for better selection and personalization opportunities.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Our primary concern is safety. Unfavorable weather as judged by our captain may lead to rescheduling for a more suitable date or a full refund. Weather forecasts are monitored consistently, and should conditions be concerning, we'll reach out 24 hours before your planned departure.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, we welcome you to carry your own food and beverages. Additionally, we provide bespoke catering services with tailored menus. For safety, glassware is not allowed onboard.
Do your yachts accommodate those with mobility impairments?
We are committed to serving all our guests. Certain yachts are more accessible than others. Discuss your specific requirements with us during reservation, and we will propose the most appropriate yacht and arrange for any necessary amenities.
What’s your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations effected 72 hours ahead of departure are fully refundable. Cancellations noted between 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Those within 24 hours prior to departure are not refundable, barring inclement weather or mechanical difficulties on our end.
